From the initial contact to the final walkthrough we desire to go beyond any expectations that our client may have. After the initial contact by email or phone call, we will set up an on site meeting to conduct a preliminary walkthrough. During this meeting we will gather as much information from our clients as possible to aid in the design process. The landscape design process will begin by creating a rough concept map that will separate areas into functional spaces and express other creative ideas in a visual way. After the concept ideas are approved by the client either by viewing the ideas through an email attachment or with a meeting if necessary, the first draft of the final landscape plan will be developed. Revisions will continue as needed to provide a master plan that completely satisfies the customer’s desires. Upon approval of the final design, a proposal will be created to reflect the cost of the installation of the project in whole or in part. If accepted, the construction phase will begin in a timely manner and will proceed at an efficient rate to completion. Communication is our emphasis and is vital to the successful completion of the project.
